MEET CASANA
Casana Fink is a national keynote speaker, MBA Candidate, nonprofit founder, and third runner-up at Miss America who turned personal adversity into purpose-driven impact. After growing up in a home affected by substance abuse and nearly losing her father to organ failure, Casana experienced both the pain of a broken healthcare system and the miracle of a life-saving organ transplant. At just 14 years old, she channeled her pain into action by founding Give to Live, a nonprofit focused on organ donation education, access, and advocacy.
She took that same story of resilience — one shaped by hardship, healing, and hope — all the way to the Miss America stage, where she used her platform to spotlight the urgent need for healthcare reform, transplant awareness, and family support systems. Through her work, she’s educated over 400,000 people, and lobbied for $67 million in transplant legislation.
As Chief Operating Officer of More Transplants More Life, Casana led national initiatives that advocate for living donors, reimagine prevention-first healthcare, and support families navigating the organ transplant process. She also authored The Gift of Life, a best-selling children’s book used in hospitals across the country to help pediatric patients understand organ donation.
Named a Donate Life Florida’s Volunteer of the Year, and a Donate Life America’s Pinnacle Award nominee, Casana speaks with the clarity of lived experience, the energy of a changemaker, and the warmth of someone who’s walked through fire — and built a mission from the ashes. Her keynotes inspire audiences to rethink what’s possible when purpose meets persistence, and how even the most painful stories can become the wisdom that shapes someone else’s guiding light.
